Re: Nos/co2

CO2 is colder I believe but not as readily available as NO2.

Re: Nos/co2

I would think maybe it would be beneficial at a track if you spray the intercooler right before a run. I have seen people use CO2 fire extinguishers for this as well. Most power gains I have read about this is due to the NO2 being sucked in by the intake. Never personally used a system. They do look kind of cool.

Re: Nos/co2

I like the system, I took the car in back in Colorado and I asked some questiones about the system. The guy told me that there is not a power difference between the 2. I think they run around the temp. And I was told co2 runs out a little quicker then nitrous. I noticed a difference in the amount of time the turbo spools. I felt in more of the top end that the car was a lot stronger the usual. Never put it on the dyno. The system I purchased was the co2, but can also run nitrous in the same bottle. A lot cheaper then actually buying the nitrous kit. The kit also came with a button that activates the system and a big red button to spray, and also a button that mounts right underneath the gas pedal for WOT. Hope I have answered some questions.
